Tip One: 30 minutes a day – Agree an exercise routine that includes at least 30 minutes of exercise per week day. This will help keep a sense of weekly rhythm and a structure. You can find over 1400 plans at Darebee.com. Our advice is fine one program and stick to it for 30 days.
Tip Two: Continue to build rugby skills – All the players can continue to learn Rugby skills or broaden their knowledge while at home. Players can follow these examples from New Zealand Rugby toolbox here which are split into 12’s and under, plus Teens and senior players.
Tip Three: Follow the professionals – the human spirit is on clearly on show with many professional clubs offering advice during the global lockdown. Here are some of our favorites to inspire you:
